Adopt-A-Car Program
Adopt-A-Car Display Series
Adopt-A-Car contributions help us conserve our historic race cars for today’s visitors, as well as for future generations to come. Your generous donation helps our collections team provide the best care for these world-class cars. When you adopt a car, you support their work—from research and documentation, to proper handling and storage, to careful cleaning and display.
Adoption benefits include: a photo of the adopted car, a certificate of adoption, online recognition, signage next to the car when displayed, and a 1-year Museum Teammates Membership.
Adoptions are for a period of one year with the option to renew annually. For additional information on adopting a car, please contact the Museum Development Office at 463.244.2704.

Adopt-A-Car Digital Series
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum’s Digital Adopt-A-Car series includes historic passenger cars, pace cars, race cars, and specialty vehicles. While you won’t see these cars on display, they are safely stored in the Museum’s coveted basement, and they still require maintenance and upkeep to preserve their value.
Every car is a priority, and your support ensures that we can provide the necessary attention all of our vehicles deserve.
Adoption benefits include: a photo of the adopted car, a certificate of adoption, and online recognition.
Adoptions are for a period of one year with the option to renew annually. For additional information or to adopt a car, please contact the Museum Development Office at 463.244.2704.
