“An Evening with Josef Newgarden” will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025
INDIANAPOLIS (March 12, 2025) – Back-to-back Indianapolis 500 winner Josef Newgarden will be at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum April 22 for its first speaker series event of the year—and first public event in the new Museum.
“An Evening with Josef Newgarden” will feature an in-depth discussion with host Doug Boles, INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway President, about Josef’s racing career, goals for this season, and more. Following the discussion, the audience will engage in a Q&A and then a meet-and-greet autograph session with the driver. The program will be from 6-8 p.m. in the Museum’s Atrium.
A two-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion, and defending winner of the Indianapolis 500, Newgarden started the 2025 season off strong with a third-place finish at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding.
“Josef is the perfect choice to kick off our public events in the reimagined Museum,” said Joe Hale, IMS Museum president. “The Museum has always prided itself on providing exclusive events for our members and guests, and our ‘An Evening With’ speaker series is a fan-favorite that allows them to get to know the drivers on a deeper level.”
Tickets are available now at imsmuseum.org/tickets. Tickets for the general public are $75. Members receive a discount of $15. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided starting at 5:30 p.m.
