Terms of Use

A VISIT TO THE MUSEUM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The ticket holder, or any accompanying parent or guardian on behalf of any person under age 18, expressly ASSUMES ALL RISK incident to the visit, and HEREBY RELEASES the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Foundation, Inc. (“Museum”), Indianapolis Motor Speedway, LLC (“IMS”), Penske Entertainment, and all affiliates, directors, officers, members, shareholders, owners, employees, representatives, and agents of each of the foregoing (“Releasees”) from any and all claims arising from the visit, including claims involving the ticket holder’s negligence.

The ticket holder, or any accompanying parent or guardian on behalf of any person under age 18, grants the Museum and its designees the right to use the holder’s image and/or likeness and the holder’s rights of publicity in any photo, live or recorded video display, transmission, or reproduction for commercial or other purposes.

This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the grounds of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and to the Museum subject to the holder’s compliance with the rules, regulations, and policies of IMS and of the Museum. No other rights of any kind are conveyed to the holder of any ticket. IMS reserves the right to search all ticket holders’ persons, parcels, bags, clothing, containers, and packages and to confiscate prohibited items. Neither IMS nor the Museum is responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.

Use of a ticket for admission to the Museum constitutes acceptance of these terms.
