DESCRIPTION:The reimagined Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum opens to the public Wednesday\, April 2\, 2025. \nAdmission begins at noon\, following a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony in front of the Museum in the morning. \nBuy Tickets \nGuests are welcome to attend the ribbon-cutting before entering the Museum. \nWith a general admission ticket\, visitors will now have full access to all exhibits and display areas of the Museum – 40\,000 square feet of additional space – including the lower level\, an area previously restricted to only select tours\, and the newly-added mezzanine featuring artifacts on view for the first time.  \n  \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:This event is sold out. \nBack-to-back Indianapolis 500 winner Josef Newgarden joins us for an evening of conversation in the first “An Evening With” event in the new Museum. \nA two-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES champion\, and defending winner of the Indianapolis 500\, Newgarden started the 2025 season off strong with a third-place finish at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg presented by RP Funding. \n“An Evening with Josef Newgarden” will feature an in-depth discussion with host Doug Boles\, INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway President\, about Josef’s racing career\, goals for this season\, and more. Following the discussion\, guests can engage in a Q&A and then a meet-and-greet autograph session with the driver. (Limit one item per person for autographs.) \nThe program begins at 6 p.m.\, doors open at 5:30 p.m. \nComplimentary hors d’oeuvres included with ticket purchase\, cash bar available. Thank you to Jug’s Catering Service for providing the catering for the event.
